Drunk Guys Make the Best Cookies

-I haven't posted in a fortnight. This is thoroughly disappointing.

-I discovered a new app for iPod Touch, iPhone, and iPad 2. It's called Instagram. It's like twitter with pictures. Fabulous app. And it's free. Get it?

-I worked at the free store today. I helped mothers of high school girls find prom dresses for their daughters. That was neat.

-I also had a man get shoes for himself in the prom department. They were a pair of ladies heels.

-I want to make something.

-I went to Lombard with Ian the other day. That was fun. I went to a mall before 8 AM (before anything was actually open) and this is what ensued:
-An elderly Asian man complemented me on the fact that I'm irish. "Wow, you're Irish! That's great! You look so good that way!"
-I watched a groundskeeper sweep snow outside into a dustpan and throw it away. He must've thought it was a lot of cocaine...
-I went into the food court restroom and went #2. A woman walked in with her friend and said "It really stinks in here." Her friend told her that it was the smell of Subway baking bread. The woman believed her.
-Elderly people had a picnic (complete with basket and table cloth) in the middle of the food court.
-An elderly foreign woman working at Cinnabon had no idea how to count money or read English. This made it very hard for her to figure out how much my $1.29 cup of hot tea was.

-I have been enjoying this for the past 18 hours, but I've been enjoying this for several days.

-Hooray for fruit punch!

-Charlie Sheen makes me feel smart.

-Here are some examples of the things I post on Instagram:

-I'm going to go do something constructive now. Kthnxbai.

It's Cute, Really...

-I'm eating dinner with my dad in his hospital room. He farted in his colostomy bag. I called it a whoopie cushion.
-He's eating yaaaaaaaams!
-If you want to see the official Wishes for Don video, you can view it by clicking here.
-As if Mother in the Mist wasn't weird enough, we have a blooper reel to match.
-I start my welding class on Monday. I wish I had one of these to start it in style.
-I don't have any pictures of things in my life to post today, but I will post this:

-I want a barcode scanner like the nurses here have.
-Maybe I do have a picture to share. It's Wal-Mart's bread aisle with about 600 choices for bread. I'm an anarcho-syndacist/pacifist. This is the type of thing that makes me angry. SO MUCH BREAD! How many corporations that are cooperatives are represented here? 2. And they're both growers cooperatives. NOT the companies that are making money.
-I'm going to leave this post with that.

Finishing is Sometimes a Feat

-I finished the Wishes for Don video about 5 minutes ago. It's processing right now. Once it's finished with that, it'll be going up on Facebook.
-I had a small party last night with a couple of friends over. That was fun. Especially the part where we made a list of the worst "MySpace style" survey questions possible.
-I get to see Rammstein in May!
-My friend Joey has been helping me out by fixing my car. He's the bomb.
-Is a moose really that soft?
-It feels weird not to wear make-up, stockings, and a dress lately...
-Despite the needing more time to relax, I miss being in Chemical Imbalance: A Jekyll and Hyde Play.
-This is the song my band Sweet Baby Jesus and the Orphans wrote for the Wishes for Don video.
-This is the revamped Four Orphans Productions logo. It's now on tshirts. I wore mine proudly last night.
-If you don't know what Four Orphans Productions does, this is what we do.
-If you enjoyed that last video, tell a friend. We're working on more short films.
-This is Don (as in Wishes for...). He's going to enjoy that horrible song that you (hopefully) watched.
-Time to do other things!
-Bye.

-My best friend McKenna is on spring break and so am I. Maybe we can work on that thar film we haven't finshed yeeeeet...
-Red Bull is my 2nd boyfriend.
-I haven't had my cup of tea today. I need it.
-My dad is moving down to the 2nd floor tonight. He's going to rehabilitation to do the whole re-learning how to walk dealie. They're gonna kick him back into shape! Poor guy...
-This is me today:
-Don't steal iPods from poor people. It's not nice.
-"With these poop sacks, I will move forward, bringing forth pain and desparation." --Ian (last night in his half sleep nonsense-babble).
-I went to a thrift store today. Visit my other blog tonight to see whats I gots!
-I've been playing this game for a couple of days and I like it.
-Some lady on the radio called the last generation Kindle eReader "the technology of yesteryear." I'd like to smack her.
-I look semi normal today. For a change.
-I hope I get more videos from the people who said they were going to do them very soon... I need more than just the awesome people from my c
hurch and a handful of friends and relatives to send them in...
-I'm watching my dad eat a vegetarian pizza.
-My dad is wearing one of these, be jealous:
-I'm going to go track down a cup of good, strong, British tea now. Bye!

Blogging From an iPod is no Fun...

-I'm at the hospital with my dad. They have him in regular clothes now. He even put them on himself.
-My dad is also being a very good vegetarian. Someone told him to pick the meat off of a sandwich and he got upset and said it just wasn't thesame. He's starting to sound like me...
-There's still a couple of more days to submit a video for the Wishes for Don project.
-Pooka pooka pooka poo!
-My pants are tight and my shirt is loose.
-This is the worst automotive department ever:
-This is the scariest picture I've ever taken on my iPod:
-My shoes go clicky click click click!
-Clicky click click click is the sound I make when I leave. Bye bye!

Love,
Raven D.

Secret Secrets CHEER Someone!

-It's no secret that there's a secret plan to make secret videos and surprise my dad who's in the hospital. Make and send one to me in the next 3 days if you want to tell him a joke, play him a song, or just say hello and get well soon. My email is ravendies@gmail.com
-I toted an Elton John doll around the house last nigh
t. I got mad when my mom wouldn't let me "take him out of his cage." (In reality, it was the box he came in...)
-Skin bleaching is going halfway decently, even though the boyfriend and family disapprove.
-I have socks that
are made to be worn with flip flops. I believe that this is a crime in 12 states.
-I want to ride a moose.
-My grandma just used the words "pile drive" in a sentence. This made my day somehow. She also said something about sauce in holes. That creeped me out.
-Nothing's harder than packing sand in a rat's arse.

-This is how I feel today... ^
-This is a kitteh: =^. .^=
-My dad is a vegetarian now. I'm proud of them.
-My dad referred to something that goes into a USB drive as a "dongle."
-I'm going to go do. Something.

Love,
Raven D.

Whrblgrblbrglhrgl!

-Today's a great day to be diggin' a hole!
-I did the Thriller dance for my dad in
the hospital today. I spilled my tea on t
he floor in the process.
-Afterwards, HE threw his water on the floor. Like a boss.
-Secondhand stores kick arse. Check out my other blog to see my finds soon.
-Thoughts and prayers go out to those affected by the earthquake and tsunami.
-My dad is still in the hospital, but is doing much better. Check out this event on Facebook that's dedicated to him.
-That's him up there...... ^
-I got my hair cut today. It looks fabulous.
-I've had a doohickey in my eye for three hours now.
-Materials to make the t-shirts mentioned two entries ago were purchased today! Huzzah!
-Going now. Ninja time.

Love,
Raven D.
